The link between poor sleep and chronic illnesses like vitiligo

In this disease, the natural color of skin changes and whiteness occurs. By changing the color of the skin on any part of the body, the disease gradually spreads and at one time it happens when almost all the body becomes white. This disease is not infectious and it does not cause any pain. It is worth mentioning that the pigmentary fluid containing melanin remains in the outer layer of the skin, which gives the skin natural color.

Vitiligo Causes

The one of the biggest vitiligo cause is a bad sleep. Sleep deprivation affects our daily routine badly and it can also affect your immune system, which can reduce your body’s ability to fight infection and disease. Other causes like genetic factors, nervous secretion and decrease in nutrients, accumulation of toxic elements, Acute or chronic disease of the digestive system, Calcium deficiency, Swelling of the skin, Burn, Injection of steroids, Excessive stress or anxiety, Decrease in liver function (due to jaundice), Wearing excessively tight clothes, Wearing rubber gloves often, application od tattoos or stickers on the skin etc.

Vitiligo Symptoms

Primary symptoms of vitiligo, a pigmented area of the body – is the discoloration of skin, hair or eyes. Other symptoms of Vitiligo may include:

  • Skin discoloration
  • Gray hair, brown or white color – include eyebrows and beard before the age.
  • Hair loss
  • Internal mouth lining or nose discoloration.
  • Color loss or change in the eyes.
  • Distorted patches around the genitals, rectum, armpit or navy.

Vitiligo can appear anywhere on the body, but you can determine the types of areas which are affected. There are some Vitiligo Treatments available. Some types of vitiligo occur in the whole body (normalized), some are only visible on one side of the body (segmental) and other bodies only on select areas(focal).
What to do

  • Sit in front of the sun rays in the free time.
  • Eat only 2-3 hours before sleeping.
  • If there is a complaint of constipation, remove it.
  • Grind the herb in the garlic juice and apply it daily on the scars.
  • Green vegetables, carrot, gourd, soybean, pulses should be eaten more.
  • Do not get the worm in the stomach, be aware of the liver is correct, check it out and take medicines according to doctor’s advice.
  • Eat a bowl of black gram and 3 to 4 almonds every day. Drink fresh olive juice this leads to immunity.
